Since lockdown we have been focused on a threefold interim strategy of ‘Mission Goes Online’, ‘Energize at Home’ and ‘Mobilising Prayer Up and Down the UK and Ireland’. This has meant we are continuing to support children and young people in both home and family situations.
T, aged 13, told us how he appreciated still being able to meet with his Urban Saints Group. “I like doing the group calls as it means I get to see my friends still as I won’t see them for a while now and it’s really fun and I have lots of laughs and it’s really nice to see us all together doing something we might not be able to do for a while in real life so I really enjoy it. It helps me to stay positive when things are not good in the world.”
